My Boys are my World.

They are so sweet and make me feel like I'd want at least 3 more later down the line.
We were doing a hayride at the cornmaze. I love Fall. Hayrides, pumpkins, cooler weather, warm clothes. Can't wait.

A flashback

This is just a small glimpse of what my friend Stacy can do. She is a very talented photographer and design artist. These are just a few of Brian's One Year old pictures. It was fun to look through them.
Okay so I had to go back and post a few more because there were so many precious ones to choose from.
Stacy has been really busy with shooting both family and wedding shots. If you would like Stacy for either photography or invitation design you can contact me. (She has no idea I'm posting this so hopefully I don't embarrass her) She is just so good to work with and listens to you and your ideas. She's great. You wont be disappointed.

Four of us ladies were standing around wrapping floral tape and artificial flowers around pens. I noticed one of the ladies was getting ready to leave soon to take her two teenage boys to their soccer game.
I asked her "So what's it like having two boys?"

She responds "Who me?" "Oh, I have six boys"

We all laughed.

I couldn't help but ask. "Are they pretty close (as in age)?
She answered. "Yeah, they are all within ten years."

I bet she has some crazy stories.

Nephews/Grandsons update. They are doing good. Earlier tonight they were adorable and sporting the "nothing but a diaper on" look. Scrawny toddler arms and chunky baby legs. Sooo cute.

Corn

We tried out a corn maze that opened today in Headland, Alabama. It was good. Brian shot corn out of a gun, the boys played in a 16x16 box of corn. LB had a great time throwing the kernals. He had his own little maze made out of hay bales.

The corn maze is on 7 acres and we only went in 1 of the 2 parts. We went in the first D and came out the O of Dodgers. I'm stumped on how they did it. Up top it says Support Alabama AG (agriculture) Underneath that is two pieces of cotton and a peanut. They are huge crops here in the South.
It was so fun. We took turns leading the way.
They had sunflowers (in last picture behind Brian and LB) but were still little cuz they started them too late in the year. They'll get pumpkins later in the year. Surprisingly they don't get them from Alabama. They get them from Arizona and New Mexico. Supposedly they will last longer than the ones grown here.
We finished with a hayride. The battery on my camera died when downloading pictures so that'll be the next post. We were surrounded by peanut fields and we left afterwards cuz Brian's allergies were starting to act up. It was a great afternoon spent with my Boys.

Awhile back we went to the lake. Little Brian occupied himself by filling up this basket. You might notice that this basket doesn't have a solid bottom. He was determined to fill up the basket. He kept going until I had to bring him in from out of the sun. This boy loves a good pile of sand/dirt with a shovel.

Schwanns the food delivery service was giving away your choice of any food item(s) that was up to $10.00 I ordered the chocolate chip ice cream cookies for $9.99. They are really good and the cookies are nice and soft. I shared mine with Lucas. Lil B was taking a nap.

At first he just looked at and looked at it. Then I thought ah gee he's just gonna let it melt all over him.

Finally he caught on.

Looking for crumbs

All gone

When Lil B turned 2 his Aunt Lara gave him a red crash car. You shake it up and and it rolls across the surface on it's own . The sounds mimicking an actual roadster. Upon impact the doors and hood would fly open while making the crash sound. Lucas has this toy all figured out. He'd shake em up and let em go. I don't know who gets the bigger kick out of the toys. The kids or the parents watching the kids play with the toys.
